Chi Sao exercises develop contact reflexes

Students become eligible to test out of a level when they have completed all requirements of the level. If they successfully complete the test, they are rewarded with an official certificate and embroidered trigram for their sash. Official certification is printed in full color on beautiful, gold embossed, heavy weight certificate paper. The certificate features the level printed in both Chinese and English along with its trigram representation, the federation logo, name of the student, and test date. All certificates are hand signed and brand the official seal of Sifu Jon Diament.

Trigram Level
In addition to the certificate, the graduating student also receives a satin embroidered patch of the trigram representation of the level which is sewn onto the satin sash that each student wears as part of the uniform.

Uniforms
Our current uniforms are very simple – a black t-shirt with the Federation logo, and contact info silk-screened in white on the back and front chest of the shirt. The pants are black cotton kung fu pants. All students wear a white satin sash with the embroidered trigrams indicating which level the student is in. When a student graduates from the instructor level, a black sash is awarded. Click here for a pricelist.
